At Tatveque, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7- 10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for damaged or incorrect products subject to stock availability.

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
