Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7- 10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
